Additional Information

Reservation/Security Deposit

A reservation/security deposit of $500 is due at the time you make your reservation. Provided no charges have been incurred for excess cleaning or property damage, the security deposit will be returned in full approximately two weeks after your departure. Please review our rental policies for more information.

Cleaning Deposit

The property is professionally cleaned before and after your arrival. A non-refundable cleaning deposit of $150 is required for all rentals.  Additional housekeeping/cleaning is available at the rate of $125 per day and must be requested when you book the property.
