Payment
Payment is due, in full, 90 days prior to arrival.
Payment is accepted by personal check (depending on time frame), money order, or major credit card (MasterCard, Visa, and American Express only).
Massachusetts and local lodging taxes are included in the rate. Cancellation Policy
If you cancel less than 90 days before your arrival date, no money will be refunded unless a
replacement booking is obtained.
No refunds are issued for delayed arrivals or early departures.
Confirmation
You will receive confirmation of your reservation within 2 days after we receive the
reservation/security deposit and signed copies of both confirmation and rental agreement.
Linens and Towels
Pillows, blankets, linens and towels are all included in the rate. You may bring your own linens and towels, if you desire, but the rate will
remain the same.

Deposits
Reservation/Security Deposit
To secure your reservation of a week or more, a reservation/security deposit of $500 is due at the time you make your
reservation. For rentals of less than one week, a reservation/security deposit of $250 is required. Provided no
charges have been incurred for excess cleaning, or property damage, the security deposits
will be returned approximately two weeks after your departure.
Cleaning Deposit
The home is professionally cleaned before and after your arrival. A non-refundable cleaning
deposit of $150 is required for all rentals.
(Additional housekeeping/cleaning is available at the rate of $100 per day and must be requested at the time of booking.)
Arrival and Departure
- Check in/arrival time starts at 4 pm on the first day of your stay.
- Check out/departure time is 11 am on the last day of your stay.
These times can be flexible if there are no bookings immediately before or after yours
(upon request).
