Additional Information

Reservation/Security Deposit

A reservation/security deposit of $500 is due at the time you make your reservation. For rentals of less than one week, a reservation/security deposit of $250 is required. Please review our rental policies for more information.

Cleaning Deposit

The home is professionally cleaned before and after your arrival. A non-refundable cleaning deposit of $150 is required for all rentals.

Linens & Towels

Pillows, blankets, linens, and towels are all included in the rate. You may bring your own linens and towels, if you desire, but the rate will remain the same.
